Howdy all. Just letting you know that the entire Laidback Niceness series has been uploaded. This series is probably the most popular out of all the genres on the site, as my webstats would lead me to believe. The mixes have been going for about 6 years now and there are 9 in total. Great for working or driving to. Normally with this series I start of quite laidback and slowly shift the pace a bit as the mix progresses. They contain plenty of soundscapes, vocals and acoustic elements with a nice solid beat resounding throughout.

A new Deep Tech House mix for the summer. This one starts off on a light deep organic type of style, then slowly drifts in and out of the darker techier style of house. A nice collection of tracks that I’ve been enjoying recently.

The latest in the Sunday Snooze series. This one is quit an acoustic trip. Lots of nice vocal tracks, some happy, some very, very sad. But all in all a nice journey. The person speaking in the beginning is non other that Damien Rice, a great Irish artist who has feature on most of the mixes in this series, talking about how he gets inspired. Words to live by. Deep house to deep dark Tech House mix here with a bit of progressive thrown in for good measure. Starts of nice and light and ends on a very dark weird twisted vibe. The type of music I’d like to hear in a dark club at 4am. And the type of music robots might make :-)
